Fujian: Adidas-style Shoes Fail at Customs

More than 10,000 pairs of shoes recently failed to pass examination by Xiamen Customs in Haicang district due to their logo's similarity to the trademark of Adidas.

The shoes made by a Zhejiang company had a four-bar logo similar to the three-bar Adidas logo registered at the General Administration of Customs.

Adidas confirmed the shoes were made using a copycat design.
