Bell Helicopter Beats Landing Gear Patent Claims In French Court

    IPNews® - A French court has ruled that Bell Helicopter's new 429 helicopter does not infringe a Eurocopter-held patent for landing gear equipment, the Textron Inc. subsidiary said Tuesday.
