R.J. Reynolds Sues Electronic Cigarette Maker for Trademark Infringement

    IPNews® - Reynolds Innovations Inc. recently filed a trademark infringement lawsuit against SAS Technologies related to electronic cigarettes.

    The lawsuit alleges that SAS Technologies is infringing on Reynolds’ Camel and Winston brands. In addition to cigarettes, the Alabama-based SAS Technologies manufactures and sells flavored liquid nicotine products for use with the smokeless cigarettes.
