Patent e-examination in fully play at SIPO

China Patent Electronic Examination System is now in official use. China is full contact with the big E for patent examination after patent authorities in the U.S., Japan, Korea and Europe.

One of the principal targets in the 11^th Five-Year Plan of SIPO is to build an information system which providing better support and service for the public and internal users. The system is designed to enable everything corresponding to all the patent examination proceedings to run in one centralized electronic network.
