MIIT:IPR Promotion Plan in 2010

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) formulated the IP Promotion Plan in 2010 recently. The plan put forward 56 major tasks, including the management of IPR in national major technological project and implementation of IPR works in the major projects.
Under the plan, concerted efforts should be made to encourage IPR creation, guide the institutions and companies to enhance their IPR application ability, strengthen IPR protection and improve IPR management and services. Besides, make a further research on the general character of IPR and other hot topics, IPR conditions of automobile, iron and steel and other seven major industries, and patent analysis and alert project as well.
