The State Council’s Opinions on Facilitating Sound and Rapid Development of Agricultural Mechanizati

The General Office of State Council recently formulated an Opinion on Facilitating Sound and Rapid Development of Agricultural Mechanization and Agriculture Machinery Industry, requiring developing some IPR-laden product and technology and a group of technological achievements with full of IPRs.
The Opinions said building a coordinate and efficiency innovation platform for agriculture machinery industry, and forming a series of essential technologies and branded product with self-reliant IPRs, some of which should reach international advanced level. The Opinions lay out the major tasks, that is, step up innovation capability in this area, combine self-development with introduction and shape a market-oriented technological innovation system with enterprises at the lead and supported by manufacture, universities and research institutes.
