Labels for China's Brand Products not valid after expiration

According to the Notice on the Use of Labels for China's Brand Products after Expiration issued by the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine recently, the China's brand products appraised before the year 2007 will expire and the enterprises will have no right to continue using the labels of China's brand products.
Under the Notice, after the five years entitled, the labels for top brand will not be allowed to use on the packing, instruction, advertisement or other relative material of the product. The Notice also indicates that 493 branded products appraised by China Promotion Committee for Top Brand Strategy in 2005 will expire till this September which can be postponed to December 31, 556 branded products entitled in 2006 will expire in September 2011 and 856 branded products appraised in 2007 will expire no later than September 2012.
