NDRC underlines improvement of IPR service

On July 28, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) issued a Circular on Development of High-Tech Service Industry, laying out that improvment of IPR service and high technology are imperative for China to shift from Made in China to Created in China.
The circular provides to encourage utilization of various IP information and support public IP constitution capable to conduct the trials of conversion to industrial system. Under the circular, concerted efforts would be made to further open patent and other IPR information resources, encourage whole society to utilize such resources. In parallel, assist a group of companies in the service sectors of IP software, database, consultancy, pledging and other finance areas. (By Zhao Jianguo)
