Circular on Strengthen Management of S&T Project Acceptance for Eleventh Five-Year Plan

The Ministry of Science and Techonology recently released the Circular on Strengthen Management of S&T Project Acceptance for Eleventh Five-Year Plan, requires to further step up management, IPR and resources sharing of the project as prescribed in relevant management plan.
Under the circular, IPR and technology standard examination should be regarded as an important factor in project acceptance and be conducted side by side, constantly improve IPR and management of the project. IPR examination should focus on patent application and grant, patent withdrawl, transfer, technological know-how and software registration.
