特許や商標審査にＡＩ活用　特許庁、分類や重複調査

　特許庁は特許や商標、意匠の出願審査などの業務で人工知能（ＡＩ）の活用を始める方針だ。ＡＩを使って出願内容を技術分野ごとに分類したり、過去に同じような技術がないかを文献で調べたりする。今夏から実証事業を始めて、2018年度以降に業務に試験導入する。
